Emotional burnout is one of the top reasons many Christian leaders are leaving the ministry. These men and women often carry too much of the responsibility of the organizations they lead. Among the many roles that wear down top leaders, counseling is often the most emotionally draining. Our goal with "equipping" is to support these leaders by training and mobilizing capable volunteers to play a more dynamic role in providing Godly coaching to hurting people within their church or non-profit organization.
